"Wrong item again"
I’ve ordered this twice now and both times they sent me the wrong item. At this point I’m just like, why is this so complicated? I just wanted what I actually ordered

I ended up ordering from buykratombulkusa.com because they had a bigger strain selection than a few other places I looked at. The site was easy to browse, and I was able to find the ones I usually like without having to dig around too much.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of options were out of stock when I checked, which I think other customers might notice too. Still, overall the selection is solid, and I’d say it’s worth checking out if you like having a few different choices.

"Not the best experience"
My order did arrive, but it took longer than I expected, and getting help from support was slow. When I finally did hear back, the response felt a bit like they were talking down to me instead of actually trying to help, which was frustrating. The product itself was okay, but not enough to make me want to order again anytime soon.

"Helpful when it mattered"

"Seems reliable in my experience"
I’ve ordered from buykratombulkusa.com a few times now, and so far it’s been a solid experience. My orders showed up the way I expected, the tracking actually updated, and when I had a small question, support got back to me without making it a hassle. One order did take a bit longer than I personally would’ve liked, but it didn’t feel sketchy or anything. To me, they come across as trustworthy overall, just not absolutely perfect.

"It was alright, just not super fresh"
My order showed up quickly, so that was nice. The powder was sealed fine and nothing seemed wrong with it, but it just didn’t smell or feel as fresh as I was expecting. Not bad, just kind of middle-of-the-road. I’ve had some that seemed fresher than... I don’t know, this one just felt a little average. I might give it another try, but I’m still on the fence

"Shipping was quick"
Shipping was faster than I expected... I got my package within a few days, and the tracking updated like it should. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because it seemed to sit for a day before moving, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, good experience...

"Return was easier than I expected"
I had to return part of my order, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. To be fair, though, it ended up being straightforward. I emailed them, got a reply the same day, and they clearly explained what I needed to do.

The refund came through faster than I expected, which I appreciated. It wasn’t anything over the top, just a fair and easy process, and that matters to me. I’d feel comfortable ordering again since they didn’t make the return awkward or stressful.

"I thought the discount codes looked pretty..."
I thought the discount codes looked good at first, but when I got to checkout the total seemed to change on me. Maybe I missed some fine print or did something wrong, I’m not sure, but the final price wasn’t what I expected.
